Mango Jicama Currant Salad

Oh my! Is there anything more delicious than mangoes? Such a sweet tropical treat! The flavor explodes in your mouth with every bite! When I see fresh organic mangoes available at the market I cannot resist them! This salad recipe is simple, easy, and your taste buds will thank you. So will your family!

Mango chunks are colorful, bright, and sunny against the fresh mixed salad greens, currents, and alfalfa sprouts! Crunch it up with some sliced jicama and pecans. Then drizzle that awesome balsamic vinegar reduction sauce we posted about recently over this salad for a perfect topping. To learn how you can make the glaze yourself read my post here, or go to this post to find out what product to purchase. Next time you see a mango grab one of those juicy tropical gifts for a magical memorable meal!
