Blackberry Cucumber Pear Smoothie



Time to start your latest super adventure with this fabulous smoothie featuring an English cucumber and dark delicious blackberries. Throw in a handful of nutritious fresh pea sprouts for your greens. Instead of the usual banana, go grab a juicy pear. So simple. So yummy! Great for breakfast or a divine dessert! Mix the following ingredients together in your favorite blender. Live the rainbow and have a colorful day!

Blackberry Cucumber Pear Smoothie

Coconut water
2 tbs chia
 2 tbs Fresh ground golden flax powder
2 tbs hemp seeds
1 tsp sesame seeds
handful pea sprouts
1 English cucumber peeled
1 pear
1 cup blackberries
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
