A Holiday Message For You!

Give yourself the gift of health, by transitioning to higher quality foods. I will do my best to help! I happily reclaimed my health by eating nutrient dense organic whole foods. This is a wider variety of foods than I ever ate before in my life! Transitioning to a plant strong diet along with removing processed foods and their toxins including GMO's, MSG, salt, chemicals, sugar, fat, and oils, will help you to feel better than ever!

I reversed my diabetes, lowered my cholesterol, and no longer need blood pressure medication. My having Hashimoto's hypothyroidism and then losing 70 pounds is a miracle. Additionally as a person who also had a cancer diagnosis, this way of eating saves my life! Awesome!

I make green smoothies and/or green juice on most days, and I eat most of my veggies raw or lightly steamed to get all the nutrients and enzymes! I do realize everyone is different. This way of eating is working for me and my husband. I hope the information I share on 'The Queen's Table' blog will inspire you to create a healthier life through superior nutrition.
